What an actual joke of a practice. I’ve called four times in three days and not once been able to speak to anyone — on hold each time for over 30 minutes. Drove past this morning 20 mins after calling and there wasn’t a single patient in there. So staff are ignoring phone calls? Sounds very “patient-centred” to me.

Very nice and helpful staff, great service, would happily recommend them.

I came here for a ultrasound of my wrist today. The reception ladies were pleasant and helpful, super efficient! There was a little bit of a wait - around 15 minutes, as the patient before me ran a little late, but nothing major. Lily the sonographer was super lovely, professional and quick. Its a shame so many people have had bad experiences here previously - personally my experience today was fantastic (not to mention they bulk bill - hard to find), so I would definitely come back here again.

Fast efficient and friendly service.

Very bad experience. I was fasting for six hours and running late to attend appointment due to traffics. I called 10 minutes earlier and told I am running late probably 10-15 minutes. Receptionist was rude and told me to reschedule due to I was running late. If I would have attended on time, as usual they always call half an hour late for any imaging. I highly not encourage to attend glenroy but I don’t know staffing wise in Fawkner clinic.

I’m only writing this review hoping it will help them be more aware about management of appointments and consideration of their clients.I had an appointment last week for an ultrasound, I checked in and was waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes until I was notified the person who does my type of ultrasound isn’t in today.They made a new appointment for next week which was today. I arrived 15 minutes early and all seemed good, until 20 minutes later the same thing occurred “sorry, the person isn’t here today that is doing your ultrasound”.I don’t get how this can happen twice, even with confirmation txt message confirming my appointments.Obviously won’t be coming back to this clinic. They couldn’t even help and offer me assistance where else I could go for my ultrasound.

I have taken clients to many different radiology clinics in the past 12 years, and this is the first clinic where every single staff member was kind, caring and helpful to assist my niece who was in extreme pain. I would have given 10 stars if I could.

Really disappointed with the service at this clinic. We were left waiting for 10 minutes while the receptionist spoke on her mobile, she didn't even acknowledge I was standing their waiting. The lady that performed the scan didn't really talk to us at all. Upon leaving we were left waiting again whilst the same receptionist was texting then answering her mobile again. Awful experience. Even just to get an appointment i had to leave 3 messages on their answering machine before anyone rang me back. Avoid at all costs.

I was referred here by my doctor several months ago. The reception staff were extremely kind and compassionate, however the young lady sonographer could use a strong lesson in professionalism and patient-centred care. I was required to have a post-miscarriage ultrasound. The sonographer stated to my husband and I, that she didn’t see the point of checking for infection etc., post-miscarriage and asked why I was even bothering to have the test because there was no point, there’d be nothing to see if I’d had a miscarriage. She reluctantly conducted the required test, making snide comments the whole time. As you might imagine, at that time, such lack of professionalism was not what I should have encountered. I sincerely hope other grieving couples do not have the displeasure of an ultrasound encounter with this woman who obviously does not know her role within the system of health care providers. If I knew her name, I’d contact AHPRA and make a formal complaint as this was completely inappropriate behaviour.

Ha ha, I am not surprised to see a 2.5 star rating for SKG Murdoch. I just tried to book 3 procedures including a Nuclear bone scan.Perth Rad - While waiting for SKG Murdoch to call back because the correct person does not answer the phone so messages are taken, after 2.5 hours I booked the 3 procedures with Perth Radiological Services at Bentley. Straight thru to the appropriate person and 5 minutes later all done. Perth Rad quoted $175 gap for the bone scan and appointments on 3&4th July. No need to email in the 3 referrals from my surgeon.SKG - during the terminated (politely) 3rd call SKG quoted $475 and earliest appointment on 10 July. it took 10 minutes to get to this early point before any booking had been made, so when she said she had to check something with a colleague I politely disclosed that I had already booked with Perth Rad at Bentley and we should end the pain (booking). I had to email in the 3 referrals before this point.How can 2 identical businesses be so different! Unfortunately SKG Murdoch is not alone in this regard in the medical industry. Perth Urology Clinic at Murdoch was amazingly worse, and others along the way.
